What is the return policy?

Natural stones

Custom or made-to-order products- β οΈ As crystals and stones are natural products, variations in color, texture, size, or inclusions are natural characteristics and do not qualify as defects.

- To be eligible for a replacement:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and/or videos of:
The damaged product
Original packaging

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product

6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner attempts delivery and fails:
The order may be returned to the local hub or to Zodiac Secrets.
Reschedule delivery by contacting the courier or our customer support.
